苗天師（成奎安 飾）法力高強(qiáng)，專門捉妖除魔。這次，苗天師發(fā)現(xiàn)了女妖飄紅（葉子楣 飾）正在修煉一種永生不死的神功，只要她吸夠一百名零時(shí)出生的男性的元神，她就能天下無敵、永生不滅。為了阻止飄紅為禍人間，苗天師必須在其神功煉成之前將其消滅。
狡猾的飄紅逃到了泰國，此時(shí)她已吸了98名零時(shí)出生男性的元神。苗天師追到泰國，飄紅不敵負(fù)傷逃進(jìn)了兩名香港游客阿祥（陳百祥 飾）和查理（曹查理 飾）帶的象牙麻將里。阿祥返港后，一次打麻將時(shí)被飄紅纏身，他的女友的父親歡叔也是一名天師，見此情景和飄紅斗起法來。無奈歡叔道行不夠，被飄紅打敗，而阿祥也危在旦夕……
